Atum has developed a new approach for heavy metals remediation combining tried and tested components into an integrated system that can completely remove heavy metals from sources such as industrial effluent, landfill leachate and plating bath solutions. This system uses a combination of pre-treatment chemistry and a proprietary sorption media (MPZ Macro Porous Zeolite) that can tackle complex organic/metal chelating agents, surfactants and salts, contaminates that would previously have caused conventional systems difficulties.
